I know back pain can be relieved by medical examination and treatment but I feel that there may be some foods (for example foods which are rich in Calcium) to make the back muscles strong and as a result get some relief from back pain?

I currently have a pain in my elbow and I have decided to let it rest. It’s almost been 2 weeks since I have played tennis, but my elbow surprisingly is still hurting. I was wondering what should I do to help it heal? and when it does heal, how do I make it stronger so that it won’t be injured again and when I do start playing, should i buy an elbow brace?

Due to my injury I find it hard to walk and even after a few months the swelling is still unreduced. I have been to the doctors but had no helpful advice.

This is a problem.
My mom sister and I all have to agree on a name and whenever I mention a name my sister automatically says no to be a wench.
And, we don’t want to name her something like "Blizzard, Snowball, Snowflake, Whitey, Luna" Or anything named after something white.
We haven’t received her yet because she is only 7 weeks old and we have to wait but we might bring her home over the long weekend. She is a Shiatsu Maltese mix.
