My puppy who is 4 months old Shiatsu, chiwawa had a trauma when she was younger. She was attacked by a lab and it popped her eye out. She is fine now and her eye is back to normals. Now anytime she gets hurt at all she freaks out. She had constipation 5 days ago. I did a water enema as well as started her on some plant enzymes and pro-biotic. Switched her to softer food and have been mixing in salmon oil. She started pooping again but anytime she did she would scream bloody murder and run around (while she was pooping) looking for what was hurting her. Today she hasn’t screamed at all but acts afraid to poop and holds it until she can’t anymore. I am wondering if my dog is in a way faking her pain, and not hurting anymore? not that she is doing it intentionally, but just that she has the memory of the pain and thinks it will continue on… Also she has lost some weight. Could that be from changing her diet? This is my first go around with having a dog. I am doing my best. She is just like my child. The 0 vet bill from her eye, I gladly paid. I just want her to be okay and am wondering if I should take her back to the vet or if I can make this less traumatic for her and treat her at home. Thanks.

I have a CSF leak out of my left nostril and my doctor refereed me to another otolarynologist to treat me. He mentioned that I will probably have a lumbar drain in place for three days before they begin treatment. Will I be bed bound or will I be able to get up and walk around. I have an online class so I guess I am just wondering if I will be able to sit up in be and work on the computer or if I will have to be laying down for the whole three days.
