People can cut hair out of their homes and are not required to have a license… what does that do for massage? BTW I live in Texas if that helps with info. Thanks for any info you can provide

I am wondering if anyone has had any trouble with this I think just from researching this is my problem. Can anyone give me their symptoms and how they either got it fixed or do you just deal with it.

My symptoms:
*Can only sleep on my right side at night with a pillow between my knees and one propping up my chest in fetal position. This is the most comfortable way but not pain free. If I sleep any other way I will be so stiff when I wake up it is almost impossible to get out of be very painful almost to the point of tears.
*Pain down buttocks on right side and through thigh. Kinda like sciatic nerve pain hurts to walk may last for a minute or hours.
*Pain in mid and lower back daily but mostly just annoying not really bad painful. Most of the time feels like stiffness.
*Sometimes alot of lower abdominal soreness.
*Pain and stiffness at very lower back right above the buttocks but on either side of the spine not on the spine.
*Cannot lie on the floor on my back or stomach too painful. If I try I have to try to pull myself up on something to get up.

I am not obese or overweight. 5"7 157lbs. No accidents or injuries to my back this has gradually gotten worse over the years I need to see a doctor I agree but if I can fix it at home that would be great. Also, it has not gotten to the point that it stops me from doing things.
Almost forgot my hips also get sore and stiff as well.

I mean like if you had a clone(you’re both you) You sort of can now probably but it’s just not the same. You would know exactly how you like it while being able to relax at the same time.

I am training to do side/front splits and use isometric stretching for my inner thigh, front of thigh, hamstrings, and calves. I seem to be limited by my gluteal region flexibility at the moment. Are there any isometric stretches I can use for my gluteal region to help me with side/front splits?

I’ve had this sound in my shoulder for as long as i could remember. But around the age 15 the sound of bones smashing and cracking. Was not just a sound but a pain. My right shoulder hurts to much and my back is unbearable. I Always though it was because i was fixable but that has nothing to do with it no i see.
I eat great,run 4 miles a day. that helps some what.,,,

I am looking into nursing schools in WA state, an there are so many types of nurses. What is the difference? Do they have different duties an make different amounts of money? What is the best kind of school? I am a massage therapist now an really want to go into nursing. Please if you have any info that would be great!
