I have a pinched nerve in the back of my neck that is causing my left shoulder and arm to hurt. I did therapy for a few weeks but it didn’t help. I have been dealing with the pain for almost 5 months now. I take Tylenol but it doesn’t always work. I can’t take aspirin or Advil because of the ulcer I had four years ago. I just want some answers.

Is there anyone on here who is a massage therapist? Do you think that going into massage therapy is a good career choice? Because giving massages is the only thing I’m really good at. The only problem is that I don’t have a lot of endurance when it comes to giving extremely long massages.

An hour massage in the comfort of your own home by a licensed massage therapist. Table, sheets, music and organic natural oils all provided.
I am thinking about charging around 85 dollars.

I am 5’3" and my table is 29" wide. Is that even ergonomically practical for someone of my height?

I think i tore some ligaments on the inside of my ankle ( I have pain just below the bone on the inside of my left ankle). What are things that would make a torn ligament worse? I’m trying to prevent making it worse, and I’d like to know what sorts of things I should stay way from that will only hurt me. Please don’t respond with answers about how to get better as I already am resting, icing and all that.

So, I am starting with my personal weight training, and massage sessions, if anybody is interested leave me your E-mail, I only charge 20$$ a lesson, not bye hours, I want to gain experience right now, so I am willing to make it cheap, with good service. No funny buisness. This is real.

There is information now supporting mixing Eastern and Western treatments for infertility, saying that the two together can help people achieve full term pregnancies. It just seems that you don’t find too many first hand accounts of how the people who were trying the methods feel about it them. I’m curious as to what people think and how they feel about trying accupunture, accupressure, or herbal remedies to increase their chances?

I had a bad fall a Year ago and I damaged the ligaments in both my feet. Bc I had to work, I didn’t take good care of it and I have never really completely healed. I am 31 years old. I had a deep tissue massage done today and I am in pain now. Could I have damaged my ligaments again or are they just sore and weak??
