Lately my boyfriend has been asking me to give him massages. And I do, and he says I do a good job, but I feel like I don’t… So any tips on giving a good massage?
I’m just not sure exactly where to rub on his back.
Thanks

I’m a 16-year old boy, and my sister (17) is having a few girl friends spend the night tonight. My sister is pretty, and so are all of the girls spending the night. She’s also a cheerleader, as are a couple of the girls. What’s a good way for me to approach the girls and ask them to give me a back massage? I don’t have a girlfriend. Can I offer to give each of them back rubs too? I kinda have the hots for all of them (her friends, that is).

If you give a guy a back massage does he usually see it is a sexual thing?

According to the gate-control theory, a back massage would most likely reduce your physical aches and pains by
causing the:
A) release of pain-killing endorphins in your brain.
B) activation of specific neural fibers in your spinal cord.
C) arousal of your autonomic nervous system and the release of adrenaline into your bloodstream.
D) deactivation of the pain receptors on the surface of your skin.

What things will a girl do to show you that shes very relaxed and enjoying the massage your giving her. I gave my good friend a neck, shoulder, upper and lower back massage. I gave it to her because i wanted to relax her. I knew her lower back was really soar because she was on her period. I never communicated nor did I ask if she wanted the back massage, i just went ahead and did it. She didnt move away, instead she settled herself in, which is a good thing… But what are other signs that girls show that they’re enjoying the massage?

I constantly feel like I need a back massage; would a chiropractor work once with an adjustment? Does it last when you go to a chiropractor or am I going to have the same problem over and over. I dont have something wrong with my back its just sore from sitting in a chair all day and then driving home an hour. Any help would be appreciated; thanks.

I started working out about a week ago, and now the something hurts in the back of my shoulder.. Its the same kind of feeling when i sprained my leg once. I used to box before that.. maybe i tore something.. i think its the back deltoid.. I can move my hand around good and it doesnt really hurt that much.. maybe a 3 from the scale 1-10
Can i still continue doing at least bicep curls since it doesnt really include shoulders or the rotator cuff? Some people told me that it hurts because i just started working out.. but i dont wanna make it worse so then i wouldnt be able to workout at all…
Im skinny too..so i dont lift that much.. only about 15 pounds in Each hand

Hi,
I just own a home with a wood fire place in the den for the first time. I bought a cord. I like using it for heat in combo with my oil fuel burner set on about 62- 64 degrees for the whole home while using wood for the rest in the den where I am mostly located. I have an open floor plan so the heat from the fireplace gets to most of the home- a ranch. My question is, I would like the heat to last even after I burn the wood so I do not keep having to add wood especially at night when I am in bed. I noticed that the fireplace is hot more so after the wood has burned and there is charcoal embers still hot. i was wondering if it is a good idea to buy a bag of charcoal ( untreated) and add it to the firewood when burning. Someone told me there are metal pipes that you put in the fireplace that blow warm air into the room. My other thought is that I get the stones that stay warm after heated like in a sauna or hot massage room. Thanks .
