Im 15 years old male athlete eats healthy and I broke my t9 or t10 vertebrae in my back about 6 weeks ago they said the bone is healed but the bump is still there, so im starting to walk around my block doin some light physcial activity to get my back used to the environment again, but i seem to HAVE LOWER BACK PAIN and i bought RUB A535 and thought it was good to go from COLD to WARM is this true or is it better to keep the back warm?
My calves arent big like "fat" they are big like mucsular. My mom says that my calves r so big cause I dont stretch. I play soccer year round and I stretch before every session but my calves still seem to be so big. Do u guys know any good stretches?
I wrestle and box and so I believe I may have injured my upper back/lower neck last night in wrestling. I have this pain in what seems to be my thoracic area (between shoulder blades) only on the left side of my spine, almost as if it’s against it, but this isn’t muscle pain. It feels deeper. It is in constant pain, but especially hurts when I lean my head forward all the way or when i turn my head toward my left. It hurts when I turn my head right, but not nearly as much.
Could this be of cervical origin because it hurts when twisting my head the most? Is this a pinched nerve? Is this a common injury with wrestling? I’ve never seen anyone have this. What are some thoughts on what it could be? What should I do? I’m thinking about acupuncture and visiting a chiropractor just because I know one of each, but would really appreciate possibilities of what this is, that I have everything on the table and can work every angle.
I know I should see a physician, but I just graduated college and am not insured yet.
stretching feels good, but i wish i could just strectch it away. doesn’t work. are there any good stretches to prevent aches? maybe a food with something to recover? regular wii sports and sports resort. i particularly play the sword fighting.
i get bad ache in the sholder upper arm and shoulder blades. i really want something to recover.
i am going for a body massage. the place i am going to does hot stones. do they typically do stones just on your back or legs, chest, stomach, etc.? i was also wondering how the procedure works exactly – stones just sit on you? or are they used for the actual massaging? and are you much less covered during the procedure?
Over this winter vacation I went Kayaking on a tropical vacation and due to some poor advertisement I didn’t realize the Kayaking was 2 miles (an hour long) in the ocean with head on wind.
It’s been two weeks but my back is still hurting from it. It’s the muscles that are hurting, not the spine. Does anyone know how to make this go away. Any over the counter medication I can take?
It’s usualy fine in the morning and midday, but by night time I’ve been standing/walking all day and that’s when it starts to hurt. I never got any pain while I was Kayaking and it’s not isolated in the same muscle or the same spot so I don’t think it’s a pulled muscle or anything. The muscles just feel really sore, like I’ve just been doing heavy weight lifting.
Thanks for any help.

What are some stretches that can help me hold my leg very high?
I just started jazz and you need to be really flexible. please help
is there any stretches i should do for cheerleading? i used to do gymnastics and ballet and now i do track but im not as flexible as i used to be. any tips?
The pain is just below the belt line on the right side. The pain runs down the buttock continues down the back of the leg and ends on the front calf. Did I pull a muscle or is it a nerve? The pain has slightly improved in two weeks. I am flexible and my hamstrings are stretched daily. Can anyone tell me if this is serious?
I’ve been going for about a 2 mile run each morning and realized that it would probably be beneficial to learn how to stretch before and after, so, could you please describe each stretch and how long to do it for.
Thank you!
I have difficulty ‘going’. I went to the doctors and they said that it is constipation. I have been eating alot of fruits and i have been going but just a bit. But now my lower back hurts like there is muscle pain there or something. My dad said its just from the bed when i sleep. I dunno. Any ideas?
I have a really soft white blanket and every time my cat gets a hold of it, he bites a piece of it to hold it and sort of stretches his arms back and forth while stretching his fingernails on his paws. You can also hear him purring and closing his eyes while doing this. He wont move from this position for a while, he looks very concentrated. Is this normal?
I’m also on the pill, so I’m also concerned that it might be a blood clot. Can someone give me a straight answer?
