I was wondering if you all could direct me to a site that lists the reflexology regions of the foot, as well as what effects detoxification has on those particular regions for different areas of the body.

has anyone had reflexology treatment and found that it did not work?

I want to make a change this two week break. I have been feeling anxious and nervous for a while and I want to change that. I want to be the calmest person ever after the break!! Well you know what I mean, I wanna change drastically. Cuz I’m sick of the constant obsessive thinking, the sinking feeling in my stomach, the shaky voice, racing heart, the feeling that I’m on edge all the time, slight paranoia, the wanting to be alone and so forth. I want to be layed back and at ease with all people and feel calm inside and out. So far the things I have that I will do is practice meditation or imagery, I will use reflexology to massage the points to my nerves, I’ll try to go to sleep early, and be mindful. Anyone else have suggestions that would reduce nervousness or anxiety or just cause a feeling of self-confidence and calmness? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m looking into reflexology and i was massaging the spleen (and liver as well) section of my wifes hands and feet, both parts where hurting pretty severely. I have been working on them for the last week and they have been getting better.

But im jsut worried about them, do you guys know what could be wrong?

I just want to know if i can go to NC and practice reflexology without going to a board certified school since reflexology is exempt. I am certified, but it’s not through NC. Anyone know if i can still use my cert. and practice there?? I am looking to move.

I’m talking about serious medical procedures here. Do not suggest chiropractics, homeopathic remedies, reflexology, magnet therapy, or prayer. I want suggestions that can actually help my dad recover, to strengthen his back, and to relieve his constant pain. One more serious injury could permanently disable him, so I need some serious suggestions as to how he can have a swift return to health.

So hard to find women who really enjoy their feet massaged, no sex involved just plain old Reflexology here in Brooklyn ct, small fee for all the right reasons. feet are the main part of the body feeling good, if feet are feeling great then the rest of the body is in good shape as well. Even with advertising they still think of it as "Playing with my feet YUCK!! Any ideas please.

What are some other treatments for back pain that have worked for you? I tried physical therapy, chiropractor…I even went to a spine specialist but he was a moron. My pain is mostly in my lower right shoulder…a sharp pain that feels worse when it’s cold outside.

Well, I’ve heard of fish reflexology, the one where there’s a "pond" of fish and you put your feet inside, and the fish will eat on your dead skin. I would like to ask, other than in sentosa, where in singapore has this fish reflexology service?

I have to write a factsheet about reflexology and have to include negatives. I cant think of any!! please help
