I purchased a dress and plan to apply Swarovski hot fix crystals as well as flat back crystals. The skirt is chiffon so I do not want to take the chance in burning the fabric with an applicator for hot fix stones so I plan to glue them. The glue needs to be able to withstand the cold and be washed. What do you suggest?

Looking to pave driveway. Want to use hotmix for a smooth, hard surface. I’d use recycled asphalt but it’ll track dirt and stone into the house plus will loosen up and such. I was wondering if I compacted 2" of recycled and toped it off with 1"-2" of hotmix? Would that weaken the hotmix and break it apart compared to 3" of hotmix. Looking for the cost savings verses longevity/quality.

Note driveway consist of mostly flat area and one hill incline.
