Has anyone ever been to massage envy? I went yesterday and I bought my boyfriend and I a couples massage I decided to join in their membership program because it would save me a lot of money. After signing up I read more into it and found out it really is not for me and I should spend my money elsewhere. They did not give me a copy of the contract so I was wondering does anyone know their policy for ending contracts?

I have had neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks now and it doesn’t seem to be getting much better. I had a chiropractor work on me for a few weeks and it seemed to only make it worse. I also went to a dr. for muscle relaxers, but the only made me tired and feel loopy, the pain was still there. So, what can I do to ease some of this pain does anyone know?

I just quite smoking weed and now i am having to take alot of deep breathes and i have some shoulder pain is this normal? Is my lungs healing itself? Should i be worried? I got an x-ray done there was nothing wrong the doctor checked my breathing and said i was ok but i dont feel okay. I dont feel like this every day it is a on and off thing what should i do?
