My left shoulder has had slight shoulder pain for 2 weeks now. I mainly feel this pain when I play basketball or swing my arm in a tennis like motion. I do train in the gym but I have had a break but the slight pain is still there. I recently had a gym session and I am able to do all my exercises without any problems and it doesn’t seem to get worse. Should I see a doctor or just wait it out, or continue working out?

I’ve just started golfing and my back gets pretty sore after 18 holes. Are there any back pain exercises or other home remedies that could help me get back in shape quickly?

Lower lumbar lordosis is related to scoliosis, so there really is no cure but to keep a strong back. I’m looking for exercises that will localize this area of my back without causing damage.

Hi
I strained a back muscle near my right shoulder blade at work and because I have had it so long, the doctor signed me up for physical therapy. What are the chances of recovering from this injury if I follow the therapists instructions and do the exercises at home as well? I have went a long time not using the muscle to aid in healing and because of that, it is weak. It is not a severe strain but I am afraid I will be stuck dealing with it forever. Thanks

The book had probably 10-15 exercises and focused on the fact that it was relatively easy to do in the morning. The book was thin and a paperback, had an orange and a blue cover. Thank you for the help

Within the last few weeks I have been having extreme shoulder pain when doing certain exercises that include my shoulder and arm like heavy pants and shoulder flys. They do not hurt when I am doing curls or other arm only ones and do not hurt during push-ups. The pain has gotten much worse, its now to the point where i cannot even do these workouts. There is no pain after I do these workouts in my shoulder. I am a 22.
What can I do to help it?

I have no instructors for it anywhere NEAR my house.
When I do the exercises I feel energy, but I just don’t know if I could use it as effectively as if a teacher were teaching me

What exercises would you recommend to get me started. Old injuries to neck and back have progressed to the point where the pain is constant i.e. sleep sitting up and with heat and massage 16-20 hrs per day to maintain functionality. even still, need help sometimes getting up and about. Im gunshy about exercise because one wrong step can aggravate injury even more.
Have always been an athlete, basketball player mainly, a gym rat. But the injuries combined with sitting alot have my midsection spreading and feeling weak. Tried to run / walk on track on sunday and shoot a little hoops. Each step seemed to press the lower back discs together more with pain. Also old knee injury from ball makes running painful. 3 days later i can hardly walk.
I know extra weight is making pain and quality of life worse. About 75 extra pounds now. I need exercise thats low impact, wont hurt back, knee or neck, will strengthen back muscles and really! work on reducing mid-section spread?
hmmmm… I cant swim now, only float on back.

I feel more terrible if I seat for a long time.
I feel worse in rainny days.
How to cure it? Is swimming good to cure it?
Addtionals:
3)When I get up in the morning my neck and shoulder feel a little numb. I
feel better after doing some exercises or cooking.
4) When I am washing my hair, my long hair was dropped before my face and
I feel a little heavy on my neck.
Two years ago I did one time medical abortion and I did not take a good
rest and I lost much blood in more than 10 days. My work is around computer everyday, so gradually I feel neck and
shoulder very uncomfortable. I feel better after doing some exercises.
I did massage for 2 to 3 times, but it’s no use.
Have you ever suffered the same pain before? How did you recover and would you share your experience to me? Is swimming good to cure the pain?
Thanks a lot.
