I’m thinking about attending the Baltimore School of Massage to get my license. But I have some questions and if you could answer any or all of them that would be great!
Where is/What are the best massage schools?
Where are the best places to work after getting graduating from a massage school?
What is the average amount of money a massage therapist makes? Can I support myself living in a city with this job?

I’ve been accepted to a massage school 30 minutes from where I live and was wondering, what kind or jobs will I be able to get and how much to massage therapists typically make?
I know it depends on the state you live in, since some states require you to be licensed.

I am pretty clear about what I can deduct as business expenses. My question is… can I deduct the money I am paying for my massage school loan? I also paid a much smaller tuition to get esthetician training… which I feel is relevant to my business. Can I deduct those expenses or a portion of them?

Might be moving from out of state to PA, have a certification but no licence as I have not been in practice since I graduated from a 1,200 hour school.
Can someone tell me where I can find more information on massage therapy licensing or regulation in Pennsylvania?
What are the requirements?
Is there a state division or board that oversees massage therapists?
Thank you!!
Thank you so much! I had tried to research this months ago but found nothing as the board was still not yet formed.
Also, is there a limitation of how long you have between graduating from an accredited massage school and taking the NCBTMB?

And if you could tell me a good Massage School thats like a Collage? Not just a school for Massage therapy but for all the areas that could lead to other carers?

I just recently started massage school, it’s been a little over a week and we just started touching each other yesterday. The first person I started with was a very large girl and she was very sweaty and was emitting a very unpleasant body odor. I didn’t realize how sensitive I would be to it. It actually almost made me sick. I’m just afraid now that I’m not going to be able to handle these sort of things and I know that I’ll be dealing with people releasing toxins and body odors…should I quit now or will it stop bothering me after a while? I’m also concerned with elderly people, and getting squeamish…I’m also a little uncomfortable with the touching of the buttock area. These were all things I was aware of going into it, but now it’s real and I didn’t know how strongly I would respond. Any advice? I just want to know if this is natural and will go away after a while or if I’m just not cut out for it…please share any experience or advice. E-mail me if you’d like to! Thanks!
