During the Olympics, I remember seeing many volleyball players (specifically Kerri Walsh) wearing special medical tape on their shoulders called kinesio tape that supposedly supports muscles and increases circulation. I’d be willing to bet some pitchers are using this (you just can’t see it due their uniform).
Do you know of any pitchers using this? Would you consider it cheating? Would MLB consider it cheating?

My hair is up to my shoulders and I don’t like it so I’m trying to grow out my hair. I found some tips on the internet and it said that I should massage my scalp but it doesn’t say how many times do I have to do it everyday. Help! How many times do I have to massage my scalp everyday? Any good hair growing tips? Thnx!

I am receiving physical therapy and deep tissue massage because of an injury to my neck and shoulders. Since I started I’ve been getting migraines after. I’m drinking lots of water as I was told.

I started working out about a week ago, and now the something hurts in the back of my shoulder.. Its the same kind of feeling when i sprained my leg once. I used to box before that.. maybe i tore something.. i think its the back deltoid.. I can move my hand around good and it doesnt really hurt that much.. maybe a 3 from the scale 1-10
Can i still continue doing at least bicep curls since it doesnt really include shoulders or the rotator cuff? Some people told me that it hurts because i just started working out.. but i dont wanna make it worse so then i wouldnt be able to workout at all…
Im skinny too..so i dont lift that much.. only about 15 pounds in Each hand

I know how to relieve stress, and I’m trying to answer a common question for many people. For once, when you aren’t busy take a slow shower at moderately warm temperature. You may think that hot water would feel better, but it doesn’t when you take a slow shower, that’s why it’s important. Think that this is the day you get to relax and flush out all the stress. When you are in the shower massage your shoulders and places you are sore, with soap or shampoo. When you get out, relax and do something you love. Hope I helped! Not a question, but an answer to many peoples’ common question.

I’m only 14 but recently (2-3 days) my left shoulder has started hurting. Before both shoulders did. (I’m right handed)
Would pushups help?
Or what kinds of stretches?
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Including if I should just visit a doctor.

I recently started working out at the gym and I’m incredibly sore after trying all those new machines.
I’m a tiny girl with especially knotted shoulders, any strong man willing to help??
haha oh skippy that sounds delightful! But I would be cheating on my personal trainer Gerad!

Can someone recommend some basic stretches and/or yoga poses to correct posture? My neck leans forward and my shoulders round forward (very badly) from 15 years of working in an office, staring at a computer screen. It has really caused my upper body to round forward badly.
