Im 15. Im working out a TON if been running everyday and ive also been slightly but steadily growing taller. And my shins are ACHEING. Any good stretches to help? also i heard potassium helps. Where can i get a ton of that? any vids with a stretch would be great. thanks.

My calves arent big like "fat" they are big like mucsular. My mom says that my calves r so big cause I dont stretch. I play soccer year round and I stretch before every session but my calves still seem to be so big. Do u guys know any good stretches?







stretching feels good, but i wish i could just strectch it away. doesn’t work. are there any good stretches to prevent aches? maybe a food with something to recover? regular wii sports and sports resort. i particularly play the sword fighting.

I have a really soft white blanket and every time my cat gets a hold of it, he bites a piece of it to hold it and sort of stretches his arms back and forth while stretching his fingernails on his paws. You can also hear him purring and closing his eyes while doing this. He wont move from this position for a while, he looks very concentrated. Is this normal?




how to free a pinched nerve?




my shoulder is killing me, and i think the pain is from a pinched nerve where the arm meets the shoulder. anyone know a good way to free it?
none of the answers below seem very "alternative", i fixed the problem myself with martial arts stretches and 3 rounds agenst my brothers who were more than happy to help me rearrange my skeleton… and face… and internal organs. i suspect the only problem was i was sleeping on an old futon bed.







I’m only 14 but recently (2-3 days) my left shoulder has started hurting. Before both shoulders did. (I’m right handed)
Would pushups help?
Or what kinds of stretches?

I’ve been having a really tense body here lately, and I thought doing some stretching would help?
First, would stretching everyday help my body from being so tense?
Second, if so what type of stretches would help?
I’m a person who hasn’t exercised whatsoever for like 2 years.. but I’ve desparately been needing to get back in shape. But, I know that I’d need to ease back into exercising. And I think stretches would be a good start.

yoga or stretches to correct bad posture?




Can someone recommend some basic stretches and/or yoga poses to correct posture? My neck leans forward and my shoulders round forward (very badly) from 15 years of working in an office, staring at a computer screen. It has really caused my upper body to round forward badly.
